After a long day’s work, you will do anything to simply hit the bed. But take out just 25 minutes beauty time. Here is what you need to do.

#1 – Pull back your hair or tie a pony so that no hair comes on your face. Then wash your hands.

#2 – Take a gentle face wash, not a scrub, and with luke warm water and the face wash, clean your face thoroughly. Pay special attention to your chin and nose. These have most oil pores and tend to accumulate dust and dirt all day long. Do not scrub your face too much, we do not want skin to get eroded or hurt. This will take you just 5 minutes.

#3 – Now take warm water in a tub and pan and put some shampoo in it. Immerse your feet in the tub and hands in the pan. Keep them in for ten minutes. Now you can either wash off with warm water or simply use a clean towel to dry.

#4 – In summers, use a mild moisturizing cream , and in winters use a slightly heavier variant; apply to your hands, legs. This will take you two to three minutes.

#5 – For your feet, the best way to remedy chapped skin or shoe marks is to apply a thick layer of petroleum jelly (vaseline) and then wear socks. In a few days your feet will be as soft as a baby’s.

See, just 15 to 25 minutes and your skin will be blessed with a nice rejuvenation! Note, no fancy products have been used. You can do this daily at home. The warm water will also relax you and take some stress off.
