The long-awaited movie Jagga Jasoos is in the last schedule of its shooting in Morocco. The movie was scheduled to release on June but the shoot wasn’t completed on time. Now it is expected to appear on the silver screen by the month of July or August. The movie is shot in the exotic location of Thailand, South Africa, Morocco, and Kenya. The major chunk of this movie has been shot in Cape town, South Africa. Anurag Basu has also shot some sequence in Darjeeling.
Jagga Jasoos Release Date
Jagga Jasoos will probably be released in August 2016. Final release date will be announced soon.
The first look of the movie is still to be uploaded on the internet. The movie buffs are expecting its trailer to be launched on the web by the end of next month. The movie is produced by Ranbir Kapoor and Anurag Basu. Katrina Kaif, Ranbir Kapoor, and Govinda are in the lead role in this movie. The movie is about a boy in his teens, searching for his lost father. Govinda is playing the foster father of Ranbir Kapoor. The Character of Katrina Kaif has not been revealed so far.
The Ranbir Kapoor starrer movie is jinxed from the very beginning. In a recent interview Siddharth Roy Kapoor, one of the producers of this movie has said that the shoot is in progress. There are ups and downs in the film, however, the whole team is ensuring that the movie turns out to be really good. The shoot is delayed too much due to a lot of factors, including the major one, i.e., the breakup of Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor.
The lead pair is sharing cold vibes with each other during the shoot. According to a website they took different flights to reach the overseas shooting location and even staying in different hotels. It is reported that Ranbir Kapoor has refused to kiss Katrina Kaif during the shoot. Anurag Basu, the director cum writer of the movie has made a lot of changes demanded by both Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif, which is one of the major cause of the delay in shooting. The final schedule is being shot in Morocco.
After giving the soul touching music in the movie ‘Barfi’ Pritam Chakraborty is yet again teamed up with Anurag Basu as a music director in Jagga Jasoos. The music lovers of the country are waiting to rejoice the music of Jagga Jasoos.
Although some links on YouTube are suggesting as songs from Jagga Jasoos, however, officially no song of this movie is released so far on the internet. In an interview, Ranbir Kapoor has said that the movie has more than fifteen songs and have the same thrill as in the adventure flicks like Indiana Jones and Tintin. In some leaked photos of the film shoot, Ranbir is seen as a school kid with a peculiar hairstyle like Tintin. It is also reported that Katrina Kaif has taken martial arts training needed for her role in this movie.
Since the movie is in the final stage of its shooting, the teaser is expected to be released soon on the internet. We hope that the magic of Anurag Basu and Ranbir Kapoor can work once more and the patience of the audience are paid off in terms of great cinematic experience.
