Staff Selection Commission is compiling the Result of SSC CHSL 2015. Date of declaration of SSC CHSL Result 2015 of written exam is expected to be in February or March 2016. The result of SSC CHSL 2015 will probably be published approximately 6-8 weeks after the exam.

Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination, 2015 has been held on four separate dates. Lakhs of candidates appeared for the exam. Selection consists of two stages namely written exam, and skill test / typing test. SSC CHSL Result 2015 can be checked here for both the stages one by one, to know status of selection. Marks of candidates in roll number order is also published and can be checked online. One must be only aware of the roll number and region where they have appeared for the exam.

SSC CHSL 2015 Cut Off for Skill Test / Typing Test

Staff Selection Commission will fix a minimum marks to be obtained in written exam. Only those who score this minimum cut off marks will be eligible for skill test (for Date Entry Operator post), or typing test (for Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant and Lower Division Clerk posts).

  • Difficulty level of exam.
  • Number of candidates who have appeared for the exam and have been accepted (not rejected).
  • Overall performance of candidates which is indicated in the average marks obtained or minimum and maximum scores.
  • Category wise vacancies in each post. Candidates equal to a particular number of times of the vacancies are selected for further rounds of selection.
  • A minimum quality requirement determined by SSC.

This time the SSC CHSL (10+2) 2015 Exam Result will be used for recruitment to the posts of Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Data Entry Operator (DEO), Postal Assistant / Sorting Assistant (PA / SA). The number of vacancies, pay band, grade pay are given in the table below.

Important points to be noted regarding SSC CHSL Result 2015

  • A very large number of candidates take the Combined Higher Secondary Level examination. Last year more than 24,00,000 candidates had appeared for the first stage (written exam). Due to the scale of this exam, the Commission may take a while longer than expected to declare the result of SSC CHSL 2015 written exam.
  • Insofar it has been notified by SSC that selection will consist of only two stages (written and skill test). However, if needed, an additional round of exam or selection may be introduced. It should be noted that last year a descriptive test was also conducted after declaring SSC CHSL Result and Marks.
  • Along with publishing the SSC LDC DEO 2015 Result, Staff Selection Commission also releases a list of such candidates who have been awarded zero marks or whose candidature is selected for various reasons.
  • After checking the SSC CHSL 2015 Result, you should start preparing for next round, or if it is the final result you have checked, keep your documents ready for recruitment.
