You all might have watched the movie “ Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara” which means “you won’t get this life again”. It’s a road film which teaches us to let go our workaholic natures and give ourselves the freedom we need. If you haven’t watched it until now, please do give it a try because not only it endows you with some life mantras but also gives you an insight into some amazing places you can visit.

South Island Circuit, New Zealand

The most stunning part of the drive would be the drive between Te Anau and Milford Sound, which crosses tranquil and Fiordland and some of the Southern Alps.

Route 66, USA

The most famous road trip of all time. Loads of retro diners abandoned truck shops, and kitschy tourist shops make this the only way to travel back in time and experience the Americana of the bygone era.

Garden Route, South Africa

This is the destination for the adventurous people. It is filled with dense forests, artistic communities, gorgeous sandy beaches, and wineries. It also offers adventurous activities like bungee jumping etc.

Northern and eastern coastline Brazil

This place is perfect for beach lovers. It has a white sand beach and a turquoise lagoon. this beach is probably the most beautiful in the world. It has also had sheltered reef beaches, sand dunes, and palm trees.

The PAN American Highway

It is a network of roads measuring about 30,000 km. It is the world’s longest motorable roads according to the Guinness book of records. It passes through many diverse climates like arid deserts and dense forests.

The Atlantic Road, Norway

It is an 8.3 km section of Country Road 64. it consists of 8 bridges, four resting places, and viewpoints. Several tourist sites including dining, fishing, and scuba diving resorts are present on the stretch.

Leh – Manali highway Northern India

Ladakh is a cold semi-arid desert. You are advised to carry woolens even during a summer trip. The highway crosses many small streams of ice cold water. Foreign nationals have to show their passports with a valid visa at the police post here.

Canadian Rockies, Canada

The Canadian Rockies have numerous high peaks and ranges. They are composed of shale and rhinestone. Five national parks are located within. U- shaped valleys are classed by glaciers and treacherous mountains are also present.

Also called the Route 1, connects the most inhabited parts of the country. The total length of the road is 1,332 km. It has been a popular tour with Icelandic families going on summer vacations.

Bollenstreek route, Netherlands

It is a region in the western Netherlands that features Coastal dunes and the cultivation of flower bulbs. This area is attractive to the tourists because of the combination of beaches, flower fields, and the lakes. The region is the most colorful in the world.

Great ocean road, Australia

It is a 243 km stretch and is considered the tourist attraction of the area. It includes many rainforests, beaches, cliffs composed of limestone and sandstone. there are several landmarks including 12 Apostles.

Driving to Uluru, Australia

Uluru is one of the most recognizable natural landmarks. It’s notable for changing colors at different times of the day and year. The area around the formation in the southern part of Northern Territory in central Australia.

New York City to Niagara Falls

According to a survey, it is considered to be a 7 – 8-hour drive without stopping. Niagara Falls is the name of a group of three waterfalls that straddle the U.S./Canadian border where New York State meets the Province of Ontario.You’ll find lots of entertainment, including the Maid of the Mist Board Ride.

  4. Bring a tent and some camping equipment.
  5. Bring some spare parts and tools.
  6. Check your visas positively.
  7. Always be stocked up with food.
  8. Carry a first-aid kit.
